[Routine Help] Persistent redness and uneven pores and skin

I’ve been on a reasonably constant tretinoin routine (which I posted right here) for the previous two years and my pores and skin has slowly improved however I can’t appear to eliminate this background redness/uneven tone on my face and it’s been driving me nuts! I don’t have any explicit situations that I do know of and all the time attempt utilizing light merchandise that don’t conflict with tret. I get virtually no irritation or sensitivity from it (and at any time when I do I skip a day and it simply goes away), by no means keep in direct daylight for greater than 10 minutes at a time and put on sunscreen day by day. Does anybody have any thought what I may do to attain extra even pores and skin??

P.s.: Footage taken proper after a bathe, with no merchandise on my pores and skin. Additionally idk if this issues however I’m 25.
